Overview

Sovdi Media was engaged by Colas to produce an internal video series supporting the rollout of new operational processes across mechanical shops nationwide. The goal was to help teams understand, adopt, and feel confident implementing updated workflows within their day-to-day operations.

Filmed on location across four active mechanical warehouses, the series was designed to bring clarity and consistency to a company-wide initiative while reflecting the realities of working environments already familiar to Colas crews and help encourage buy-in. to the new proccesses.

Colas was introducing new operational processes intended to streamline work, improve safety, and create greater consistency across teams. Like many internal initiatives, success depended not just on explaining the changes—but on helping crews see the value in action.

Key challenges included:

  • Translating operational changes into clear, visual examples

  • Ensuring the content felt practical, not corporate

  • Building buy-in across teams with established routines
